State Laws regarding Service Dogs and/or Guide Dogs
Here are the Southern States I could think of and their Service Dog laws, if they have one.
States tend to change the URL of their legislation almost as often as they give themselves raises. So if any of these links is broken, please let me know.
Hints on finding laws in states not listed:
Each state seems to have a different way to list them. Some list them as 'codes'; others as 'statutes' or 'legislation'. If you can find a list of them, you can usually narrow it down from there. If not, do a search for 'service animal'; 'handicapped persons'; 'disabled persons' and the like. Often you get a large result list but very few have anything to do with what you are looking for.
